Chef Eileen is a graduate of Colorado Institute of Art, and has enjoyed entertaining and providing delicious meals for clients, friends and family in the San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty five years. She developed a love for the food business as a child cooking in the kitchen with her mother and sister. Her fondest memory is preparing an assortment of salads and grilled items on the barbeque with her Papa. The fresh vegetables from her parent's garden always helped to insure a quality end product.

 

Chef Eileen's goal is to provide the freshest ingredients and creative menu ideas to guarantee her customer's satisfaction.
